“New Castle” is a broad group of dining tables from Saloom that blends European forms into a refined yet relaxed style. Four base styles are available - Cabriole leg, Spiral leg, Bristol pedestal, and Cheshire trestle.

Tables are available in rounds, ovals, rectangles, and squares. Fixed and extension tables are available up to 42” by 112”. Table tops are of premium grade solid maple and feature heavy duty slides and solid brass alignment pins All “New Castle” tables have thick edges, 1.5” on leg tables and 2.25” on pedestal and trestle tables.

“New Castle” tables are available in all Saloom finishes. Our group of Heritage finishes were developed especially for “New Castle” tables and the distress level and hand wool wax finish bring out the antique feel of these tables. Each table goes through many steps of hand distressing and each one is unique. All finishes are very durable and coated with catalyzed conversion varnish that resists most household chemicals.
